Blow Molding

Film Blowing
PAMPA also offers a wide variety of poly bags. These poly bags can be custom made in any shape, thickness or particular dimensions as the customer requires.

Labelling
PAMPA offers the added service of giving its customers the option of having their Containers labeled with our fully automatic labeling machines.

Wadding
Automatic wadding with hot melt glue guarantee that wads will not fall out during or after filling, thereby preventing any leakage from the mouth of the container.

UV Screen Printing
PAMPA has an ultra modern Screen-Printing Division, where all the services are in-house. We design artworks and have trained professional designers to do the job using the latest computer software such as Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator.

Pad Printing
PAMPA has also acquired a fully automatic two color Tampon Printing Machine to print on the Caps. This machine is highly sophisticated and uses the latest computer technology and operates a robotic arm, which feed the Cap and holds it in position to get exact color registration.

Tool Room
The Dies are designed using the latest CAD/CAM technology capability. PAMPA's total in-house development capability is consolidated into a single factory dedicated to the design and manufacture of world class dies and finished products. Bringing the whole production process under our direct supervision ensures a consistently high level of quality control from initial concept, right through to the finished product.

PAMPA, through its fleet of trailers & trucks, offers 24 hours round the clock delivery to its customers anywhere within the UAE. Transport of goods outside the UAE can also be done within one day. We take pride in delivering our products to our customer on-time.
